We have had investment properties in Victoria, SA and NT and therefore had plenty of real estate and letting agents over the journey. I would had to say that Mike Pethick is the best of them all. He went far beyond his remit to prepare our property for sale and to our mind is the model for what real estate is all about. He then handed the property to Ali Burdett who was able to get 2 buyers before it was released to market. Being in Darwin these people filled us with so much confidence they would get the job done.
