I rented my house out in Birdwood for just under a year and for this time and leading up to, Sherrie managed this. At all times, Sherrie was amazing. She was fast to contact and communicate with, extremely diligent with inspections and was in the best interest of both myself and the tenant. Anytime there was a problem, Sherrie was fast to act and get this sorted and I genuinely felt I could just let my property be in her hands. Sherrie has set a very high standard and I hope to have her manage a property again in the future. I would 100% recommend Sherrie to anyone and everyone. It came time to sell and during this time Sherrie continued to exceed all expectations.

Mark from CE property sold my house and during this time, he had excellent communication and genuinely made me feel that things were always under control. Selling can be stressful but every time I spoke with Mark I felt at ease knowing things were moving along and that he was working in my best interests. The selling of the house was in the end very easy and I felt the team at CE property just sorted it all out so quickly and professionally.
