Both my husband and I chose CE Property has we had bought with them. We are pleased that we did. The selling time was very quick, to our relief. Mark is a very nice man. All the staff were very helpful. Mark put us at ease with questions, concerns and we were kept up to date in the process. Mark and his team had my property sold without any dramas. I had Mark come out and go through putting property on the market. He was very professional, listened to my wants and needs. Decided to to put the block on a slow release well he had it advertised as up and coming. Within a couple of days we had 2 offers before even going to market. Both where at the top of my asking price. What can I say within 2 days we had a contract and within 2 weeks we had sold and settled. Mark and his team kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and I must admit I was waiting for the speed hump that never came. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move there property.

Ali is many things, in fact so many.
We didn’t know Ali at all before putting our house up for sale but it didn’t take long to feel completely at home with her.
Ali is very professional, kind and informative. We were kept up to date with what was happening and what to expect. May 2nd was Ali’s first visit and settlement day July 22nd. It took only one inspection afternoon and there was already a buyer.

Communication and updates regarding the listing were excellent

Mark kept me up to date with potential buyers and had a great knowledge of land values in the area. We pretty much only had 1 genuine buyer who was interested and they ended up purchasing the property for a price i was very happy with.
