We would sincerely love to thank Mark, allie and his team for doing a fabulous job on selling our unique, eclectic and beautiful home in 7 days! Mark totally understood our " winky wonky" 140 year old home and said all you need is just one person to love it as much as you do ..and they found a gorgeous couple who shared our appreciation tenfold. To see the excitement and love on their faces was more than we could have hoped for - after 20 years it makes moving on bearable. The team at CE made the sale seemless and Marks tips on preparation for sale by "showing it some love" really hit home and it really helped us getting through the 4 months of hard work. The surprise on Mark's face at the end of the 4 months was a beautiful thing to see, he totally appreciated all the effort we had put in and made a massive difference to the final price we received.
