Sherrie from CE Property looked after our rental house whilst we lived overseas for a while. I cannot recommend her enough and give her the credit she deserves. Our property was in as good as, if not better, condition from when we left. She was meticulous in making sure our property was well cared for, and cleaned beautifully before our return. We always felt welcomed to make contact at any time, and always felt well received, heard, and that Sherrie had our best interests at heart, whilst being equally considerate towards our tenants. CE Property group ensured regular and thorough quarterly inspections, were excellent in all forms of communication, and had a small-business, family feel.

We would highly recommend CE Property Group if you are going to sell. We contacted Mark and he came out to assess our property. He went through all the marketing progress step by step. He was very sensitive to our decission to sell off some of our land. We could not have been put more at ease for how Mark, Ali, Sue and their team treated us. It was a pleasure to meet Ali when she came out with papers to sign. She was so friendly and made us feel at ease. The land was hardly on the market and they had interested buyers. They kept us informed throughout the whole process explaining everything right up to settlement. Our land sold and settled quickly thanks to a very hardworking, professional, friendly and approachable team and we would definately be using them again.

Mark sold our house in the hills recently. He was thorough in his assessment of the property, communicated well regarding marketing strategy and local real estate trends. Ultimately I think he did a very good job and I’m usually quite cynical about real estate agents
