The agents all worked very hard to sell the property and stayed with us even through the bushfire that burnt the entire area including our property. Just after the fire when it was first safe for them to re-enter the area Mark was showing the property and noticed a spot fire that was burning in a tree on the neighbouring property and alerted us and the neighbour and then remained onsite until it was under control, not all agents would do that for you.

Having been with another agent for around fifteen months without a single genuine prospective buyer having inspected our property and due to what we considered a lack of communication or advice we elected to swap agents and go with CE Property Group.
A lengthy conversation with Mark one evening made us realise that the price set by the previous agent was unrealistic and this had led to us also having unrealistic expectations. His advice was simple – we have a good idea what the land is worth, we have a good idea what the building and other improvements are worth but what we don’t know is what people would be willing to pay for the stunning view.
The initial price set by CE generated increased interest in our property but it wasn’t until we made a further price adjustment that we found a buyer. CE staff were fantastic to deal with at all times and always respected our wants and needs whilst also providing sound and competent advice. At no time were we every pressured to amend pricing. Communication was nothing short of excellent and ongoing even when there was limited interest, or the market was quiet.
