Although our original booking had to be changed because of an unexpected issue with the first property, Sherrie was incredibly helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. She quickly arranged an alternative accommodation, kept us informed, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The property at Walker Flat was beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and well-equipped. We really appreciated Sherrie's kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She is friendly, helpful and if we need to do something, eg. Get a lock fitted to the linen cupboard and extra keys cut, she is quick to organise a handyman to install it.  We are very impressed with her and highly recommend her expertise to others thinking about hiring out their property as an Air BnB.
