CE Property Group is a small, locally owned and well established real estate agency providing property sales and rental services across several South Australian regions. With our current Marketing Coordinator making a career change, there is now an exciting opportunity to join our team.

We are looking for a confident, adaptable and considerate person who can bring energy and finesse to social media, copy writing, graphic design and other marketing functions. Some general administrative support may also be required from time to time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your approach will be both guiding and collaborative, requiring you to be creative with words and imagery whilst reflecting our agency’s values, differences and brand strategy. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

  • Creating and managing annual marketing strategy and monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Designing and writing copy for social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business), e-news, blog posts, holiday rental advertising, fliers, monthly adverts, posters, and other agency documents.
  • Creating and editing video footage and still images and managing the media library.
  • Maintaining website content including text, images and videos.
  • Managing corporate stationery and promotional merchandise for agent packs.
  • Managing corporate and sponsorship signage when required.
  • Providing adhoc administrative support to our sales and rental teams and the Office Manager.


ABOUT THE PERSON

The ideal person for this role will be comfortable with freedom and flexibility to create campaigns and bring ideas to life, therefore previous marketing experience is essential. To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualities and capabilities:

  • Professionalism, innovation and friendliness
  • Excellent communication with a flair for writing engaging copy whilst maintaining our brand voice
  • Be tech savvy and able to embrace and introduce tech advancements
  • Have a strong work ethic, an adaptable approach and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently whilst managing competing priorities
  • Attention to detail, particularly with design elements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Essential: skills in Canva, Google Business and social media platform management
  • Highly Desirable: experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Rex Software CRM and Websites, and video editing
  • Previous event coordination experience is a bonus!
