You won’t be battling others for quality riverfront space here with your own spot on the water which includes a new floating pontoon where you can dock the boat, fish from or the kids can do bombs till their heart’s content as there is a step ladder at the end. Access to the river front is uninterrupted and is no more than a minute or two’s walk from the shack or even quicker if utilising the Triton ute which may stay with the property. It really is a nice spot to be with the lovely green front lawn, mature hedges and bird attracting native plants. Having your own river recreational property that is well established, privately positioned, complete waterfront usage and affordable is still possible.
