There is a steep pathway that meanders down the hill to the river’s edge and pontoon, where you can securely moor your boat or jet ski, please refer to photos.
There are many attractions in and around Nildottie, that include the International Dark Sky Reserve, Historical aboriginal board walk around Nildottie cliffs, Punyelroo caves & local dirt bike tracks only a kilometre away.
Swan Reach and Walker Flat are 10 minutes away in each direction for ferry access, general store, bottle shop & fuel supplies.
Property Rates; From $350 per night (Min. Stay Req.)
• Rates are based on accommodation for up to 8 guests
• Standard rates apply to all guests (no discounted rates for children).
• Please note that increased rates and minimum night stay requirements will apply where a booking is on a Long Weekend, over Easter, Christmas or New Year (see periods and exclusions below):
Low-Season (June, July and August)
$350 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
Mid-Season (April, May, September, October, November)
$400 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
High-Season (December, January, February, March)
$450 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
Long Weekends excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year
$500 per night. MINIMUM 3 night stay.
Easter, Christmas & New Year
$550 per night. MINIMUM 4 night stay.
