2025 Mid-Season (April, May, September, October, November)
$550 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.

2025 High-Season (December, January, February, March)
$600 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.

2025 Long Weekends excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year & Mannum Special Events
$650 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.

2025 Other Local Major Events (Sounds by the River, Truck & Ute Show)
$650 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
