* 2025 Mid-Season (April, May, September, October, November) - $350 per night. Minimum 2 night stay

* 2025 High-Season (December, January, February & March) - $375 per night. Minimum 3 night stay

* 2025 Long Weekends & Mannum Special Events - $450 per night. Minimum 3 night stay

* 2025 Easter - $450 per night. Minimum 4 night stay (Rates apply for the period 17 April – 22 April 2025 inclusive)
