We had a wonderful stay. Although our original booking had to be changed because of an unexpected issue with the first property, Sherrie was incredibly helpful and communicated with us every step of the way. She quickly arranged an alternative accommodation, kept us informed, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The property at Walker Flat was beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and well-equipped. We really appreciated Sherrie's kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we still had a fantastic getaway. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Sherrie as a host.

She has done an exceptional job managing the property, particularly during the renovation process where her support was invaluable. From coordinating multiple quotes to handling changes along the way, she ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience much easier.

She answers our texts promptly, even out of normal business hours.  She helped us with a problem with the cleaning, and we are very pleased She was prompt in fixing the problem. She is friendly, helpful and if we need to do something, eg. Get a lock fitted to the linen cupboard and extra keys cut, she is quick to organise a handyman to install it.  We are very impressed with her and highly recommend her expertise to others thinking about hiring out their property as an Air BnB.

In that time I have found her to be super approachable and helpful. Sherrie is always prompt to return calls or emails and helps by meeting tradies on site if required.
After changing from a previous real estate agency she is 1000% better than what I was used to!
