I rented my house out in Birdwood for just under a year and for this time and leading up to, Sherrie managed this. At all times, Sherrie was amazing. She was fast to contact and communicate with, extremely diligent with inspections and was in the best interest of both myself and the tenant. Anytime there was a problem, Sherrie was fast to act and get this sorted and I genuinely felt I could just let my property be in her hands. Sherrie has set a very high standard and I hope to have her manage a property again in the future. I would 100% recommend Sherrie to anyone and everyone. It came time to sell and during this time Sherrie continued to exceed all expectations.

The property is absolutely stunning. The views are beautiful, and the interior has a warm, cosy feel that made it easy to relax and feel at home.

Sherrie from CE Property looked after our rental house whilst we lived overseas for a while. I cannot recommend her enough and give her the credit she deserves.
