We had contacted Mark 18 months prior to re-connecting with him again 10 weeks ago. From that first contact we were very impressed in the way he explained all our conversations. Mark sold our house in the hills recently. He was thorough in his assessment of the property, communicated well regarding marketing strategy and local real estate trends. Ultimately I think he did a very good job and I’m usually quite cynical about real estate agents

Both my husband and I chose CE Property has we had bought with them. We are pleased that we did. The selling time was very quick, to our relief. Mark is a very nice man. All the staff were very helpful. Mark put us at ease with questions, concerns and we were kept up to date in the process. Our only stress is that settlement for our land has gone past the scheduled date. Hoping this resolves very soon. Apart from this we would highly recommend this Company.

Mark and his team had my property sold without any dramas. I had Mark come out and go through putting property on the market. He was very professional, listened to my wants and needs. Decided to to put the block on a slow release well he had it advertised as up and coming. Within a couple of days we had 2 offers before even going to market. Both where at the top of my asking price. What can I say within 2 days we had a contract and within 2 weeks we had sold and settled. Mark and his team kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and I must admit I was waiting for the speed hump that never came. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move there property.
