To participate, please read the terms and conditions below:
1/ Contact our Sales team on 0488 972 888 or email [email protected] and provide us with your name and contact details PLUS the name, property address and contact details of the person you are referring to us (don’t forget to let them know that you are giving us their contact details).
2/ If the person lists their property with CE Property Group as a result of your referral and the property sells, we will provide you with a $600 prepaid VISA card to say ‘thank you’ following property settlement.
3/ The referred property must be listed by 30 December 2024 to be eligible for this program.
4/ Under these terms and conditions, a property is defined as a unit, house, acreage or vacant land.
5/ Where more than one person has referred a seller, the $600 card will be issued to the first referrer which will be confirmed by our database notes.
6/ The ‘thank you’ gift is not transferrable for cash and cannot be transferred to a third party.
7/ CE Property Group accepts no responsibility for any referral which has not followed the terms and conditions whether due to omission, error or technical difficulties.
8/ This program may be cancelled, modified or suspended by CE Property Group at any time however all referrals in progress will be honoured.
9/ This program is NOT limited to new clients. Existing and past clients are encouraged to participate.
10/ CE Property Group reserves the right to verify the validity of the referral and referrals that do not comply with these terms and conditions may be accepted or rejected at the absolute discretion of CE Property Group.
11/ Immediate family members of CE Property Group employees are not eligible to participate in this program.
