We are looking for people who are interested in real estate sales and who believe that caring for your clients and understanding their unique needs is essential to a successful partnership. Experience is not necessary.

About the role

We are looking for the right person with the right attitude who we can train in the way we do business because our approach to real estate sales is a little different to other agents.

This role requires the successful applicant to:

  • Be willing to undertake the Cert IV in Real Estate Practice qualification
  • Prospect for new listings with the support of our administration and marketing team
  • Attend appraisals with our other agents
  • Conduct in home inspections with potential buyers
  • Manage general enquires
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Work collaboratively within the team
  • Attend weekly sales meetings in our Birdwood office
  • Be willing and able to travel across our service area which is quite expansive
  • Be flexible - some evening and weekend work is required

Note: South Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle are essential.

The salary package on offer for this position is well in excess of the industry standard and includes base salary, superannuation, training benefit and car allowance. Performance bonuses are also attainable.
