'The Lookout' - Nildottie
This magnificent Murray River retreat is the perfect holiday destination for large gatherings or as a lovely couple getaway, where you have the best of both worlds with amazing river views and direct private river frontage, ideal to moor your boat or jet ski. Whether it be enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise light up the cliffs, sitting by the river on the deck enjoying the sunset with a wine or taking in the abundance of birdlife, this beautiful and serene property has such much to offer.
RETREAT FEATURES;

• 4 generously sized bedrooms, with either double, queen or bunk beds

There are many attractions around Nildottie, that include the International Dark Sky Reserve, Historical aboriginal board walk around Nildottie cliffs, Punyelroo caves & local dirtbike tracks only a kilometre away.
Swan Reach and Walker Flat are 10 minutes away in each direction for ferry access, general store, bottle shop & fuel supplies.
Property Rates;
• Rates are based on accommodation for up to 12 guests (additional charges apply for up to 16 guests)
• Standard rates apply to all guests (no discounted rates for children).
• Please note that increased rates and minimum night stay requirements will apply where a booking is on a Long Weekend, over Easter, Christmas or New Year (see periods and exclusions below):
2024 Low-Season (June, July and August)
$400 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 Mid-Season (April, May, September, October, November)
$500 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 High-Season (December, January, February, March)
$550 per night. MINIMUM 2 night stay.
2024 Long Weekends excluding Easter, Christmas and New Year
$700 per night. MINIMUM 3 night stay.
2025 Easter
$750 per night. MINIMUM 4 night stay.
Rates apply for the period 17th to 21st April 2025 inclusive.
2024 Christmas / New Year
$750 per night. MINIMUM 5 night stay.
Rates apply for the period 20 - 31 December 2024 inclusive.
