RESIDENCE:
The up to three bedroom residence is set towards the rear of the property. Entry to the residence is via the wide verandah at the front. One end of the verandah has been enclosed to create bedroom three/sewing room. Exit the rear of the home via the original laundry (off the passage) to the enclosed rear verandah (providing a small sun room) and garden beyond. Bore water is provided to the toilet, outside laundry and garden. Rainwater is plumbed to the kitchen and bathroom. Hot water is provided by an electric 160 litre storage water heater. The residence has satellite internet and foxtel dishes installed.

IMPROVEMENTS:
Attached to the eastern side of the residence is the single carport and 2.7m x 5.9m outside entertaining area. This has a skillion roof, is paved, semi enclosed and well shaded. Close by are two poly tanks (9,000 litres each) one for rainwater and one for the bore water. There is also a second rainwater tank of approximately 12,000 litres. The bore to the east of the residence was analysed in 2007 (drilled March 2007) and gave a salinity reading of 999mg/l and yielded 4l/sec (approx 3,200 gallons/hr). Within four metres of the back door is the 2.9m x 2.9m shed, used as the laundry, complete with concrete floor, power and water. A similar shed is nearby and is used for storage (no power). A smaller older shed is used as the garden shed. Southwest of the home is a large shipping container, 40ft x 10ft x 10ft, powered and with two roof vents, providing additional storage or it could be used as a workshop.
