For those who simply love to relax, be it with a fishing rod in hand off the jetty, a picnic rug on the fenced lawn or from the entertaining deck, the outlook over the river to the directly opposite cliffs is just the tonic. Water skiers will appreciate this relatively narrow stretch of the river where the contours and cliffs ensure that calm waters can usually be found.
