From here you can take in the views across the river and supervise the children playing along the water’s edge. As in the old days, the facilities are outside with a tin shower and separate dunny.
IMPROVEMENTS: A separate low boat shed is at the rear of the property. A couple of interconnected tanks provide water for the shower, toilet and garden. A rainwater tank is ready to be connected to the house.
All shack owners in the area are members of the Langs Landing Association, enjoying the peaceful setting together and sharing the common areas.
